"Deceleration at will", toward its deepening.
The key to brake tune is to ensure rigidity.

In order to operate a moving and functioning part accurately, it is ideal not to move the supporting part ... We, AutoExe, have long insisted that body reinforcement is the starting point of tuning. The same is true for the braking system. For sports-oriented drivers who enjoy driving, there is much room for improvement in "effectiveness" by suppressing slight distortion of each operating part that is allowed in mass-produced vehicles.
Among them, we focused on the rigidity of the unit from the brake pedal to the master cylinder, which converts the pedal effort into hydraulic pressure and transmits it to the pad.A part of the pedaling force that should be converted to hydraulic pressure escapes to the bulkhead (the partition wall between the engine room and the cabin) where the unit is mounted and the slight distortion of the unit itself, and it appears as a delay in effectiveness ( See figure).Of course, it is a level that can be completely ignored for normal driving, but it is a tuning point that cannot be overlooked in the realization of the "deceleration at will" that we aim for.

Let's briefly explain the structure of the brake system. The driver's pedal effort is converted to hydraulic pressure by the master cylinder from the brake pedal through the push rod.Brake line → The caliper piston pushes the pad and stops the rotation of the rotor (tire) to exert braking force.Further, in a general engine vehicle, a high hydraulic pressure is generated with a small pedaling force due to the boosting effect of the master back using the negative pressure (vacuum) of the intake air.

① Distortion of pedal bracket and bulkhead.
The bracket that secures the pedal is distorted due to the pedaling force during brake operation. In addition, the pedaling force for pushing the push rod originally bends the bulkhead.
② Distortion of the master back.

The outer wall of the master back is deformed by the internal pressure change due to engine ON / OFF and brake operation. It affects the movement of the piston of the master cylinder.

Our "master back brace" suppresses these movements three-dimensionally from the front and back with a steel brace and supports accurate braking operation. The "bracket brace" on the indoor side sandwiches the pedal bracket from the left and right to reinforce the bulkhead and pedal mounting part. The "front brace" on the engine room side is connected to the master back and side frame to improve the slight delay in reaction from when the pedal is pressed until the brakes are applied. The effect should be felt in scenes such as fine speed adjustment in the city or on the highway and control of posture changes in winding corners. "Deceleration at will" = Toward the effect of synchronizing with sensibility ... Our self-confident work, street sports brake pad, which was particular about "transient characteristics of μ".And it is a powerful part that I would like you to be interested in along with the sports brake line based on the same concept of ensuring the rigidity of the system.
