AutoExe OPTIONS Warranty policy

■How to receive warranty repairs
 If you would like to have your vehicle repaired under warranty, please take it to the dealer where you purchased it and ask for warranty repair.

■Items not covered by warranty
 The following items will not be covered by warranty repair:
 - Products for which no documentation such as a maintenance delivery note has been presented or for which we are unable to confirm the purchase history.
 - If installed on a vehicle other than that listed in the installation/instruction manual.
 - Misuse of the product in a manner that differs from that indicated in the installation and instruction manual (such as using an automatic car wash).
 - Deterioration due to aging, deformation, or frequent use (rust, scratches on painted surfaces caused by flying stones, natural fading of plated surfaces, etc.).
 - Malfunctions caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, and salt damage, as well as accidents.
 - Breakdowns or damage caused by improper maintenance or repairs by the customer (failure to regularly check for looseness or retighten).
 - Installing parts not permitted by law or modifying our products.
 - Malfunctions caused by special usage conditions such as circuit or off-road driving, motor sports, or similar.
 - Use in combination with genuine parts or aftermarket parts other than our products.
 - When used outside of Japan or installed in vehicles destined overseas.

The following costs will not be covered:
 - Coverage of expenses such as inconvenience and losses caused by not being able to use a car (telephone charges, rental car charges, compensation for business interruption, etc.)
