A stabilizer that connects the left and right suspensions with a torsion bar and suppresses the amount of roll by the spring effect.Of course, it is standard equipment on many mass-produced cars, but in the scene where you can comfortably run through the winding, you may want to suppress the roll a little more.This tendency is especially noticeable when high-grip tires are installed.Since the spring constant is determined based on the grip of genuine tires in mass production specifications, the amount of roll increases as the tire bites the road surface.
That's where our "sports stabilizer" comes in.By increasing the pipe diameter moderately and solidifying the hollow pipe, the spring constant has been strengthened by about 110 to 200% from mass production.It suppresses the amount of roll during cornering, which cannot be suppressed by the coil spring alone, and supports quick and stable handling.Our commitment is to avoid sudden oversteer, understeer, and excessive diameter increase that induces a decrease in tire grip at the limit.Unlike coil springs, the spring effect hardly occurs when both wheels move up and down at the same time, so there is little effect on ride quality.It is an extremely attractive tuning item not only for sports cars but also for SUVs with a high center of gravity.
The stabilizer generates a spring effect (twisting reaction force) only when there is a difference in the movement of the left and right suspensions such as when cornering.It suppresses the movement of the left and right suspensions and reduces the amount of roll.Unlike coil springs, it hardly works when both wheels move up and down at the same time.
