Highly efficient all-aluminum two-layer core.
This sports radiator uses aluminum, which has excellent heat dissipation properties, from the core to the resin tank section of the mass-produced model. The core structure has been changed from the single layer used in mass-produced models to a two-layer design, and the tank capacity, including the inner tube, has been increased, thereby increasing the coolant flow rate. The pitch of the cooling outer fins, which cool the coolant by exposing it to the wind while riding, has been increased to 3.5mm (2.5mm for mass-produced models), increasing the amount of airflow and improving the cooling effect. As a result, heat dissipation has been improved by up to 18% compared to mass-produced models, depending on the vehicle model, and stable performance is achieved during sporty driving. The core thickness has been increased to 36-48mm, but it can be installed with a bolt-on system.
