The tower bar is relatively inexpensive and easy to install, so it feels like a fashion item, but it can be designed in various ways depending on the concept. As long as we insist that "a highly rigid body will produce sure handling," our purpose is, of course, our top priority.
The basic design is a one-piece construction with an all-steel shaft and bracket welded together.The shaft that connects the left and right towers has a highly rigid oval shape and is laid out as straight as possible.In addition, the bracket, which joins the body, has a tubular rib to provide sufficient strength, and all stud bolts are tightened together to strengthen the unity with the body.In addition, twin gussets (reinforcing plates) are placed to equalize the pressure applied to the joint surface with the body.As a tower bar, it has secured the highest level of rigidity.Although it is possible to obtain a sufficient effect by installing it as a single item, if possible, we would like to recommend total body tuning in combination with lower arm bars and floor cross bars.
