The key is how to adjust the hardness.If you replace it with a metal pillow ball or hard urethane just like a racing car, it will give you a very rigid feeling, but in exchange it will generate operating noise due to vibration and deterioration over time, so it is not suitable for street use.On the contrary, if it is soft, the reaction is dull.
Our suspension bush has a specification that keeps the mass production shape and increases the rubber hardness to about 110 to 140%.While ensuring practicality, it suppresses bending of moving parts and creates solid handling that is more than a sports car and less than a racing car.The lineup is based on the upper mount that enhances the movement of the damper during a minute stroke and the lower arm side that bears the load, and all the movable parts of the suspension up to the upper arm side.I want you to identify the strengthening points according to the driving stage.Of course, it is also recommended as a tuning that combines the refreshment of your car with increased mileage and the improvement of sports.

■ Upper mount bush set
It is mounted by sandwiching it between the top mounts of the damper to increase the movement of the damper during minute strokes and support the rise of damping force.If the bush in this part is soft, the input from the road surface is applied and the bush bends before the damper strokes, which hinders the initial operation of the damper.Simultaneous replacement with mass-produced dampers and springs is recommended.Ideal as the first step in bush replacement.Rubber hardness 127% (compared to mass production).

■ Suspension bush set (lower)
By hardening the bush on the suspension lower side, which mainly handles the load from the road surface, alignment changes are suppressed and accurate handling is supported.By combining the upper side, which has a relatively small load, with mass-produced products, a ride that combines suppleness is created.I would like to recommend it as a basic set of suspension bushes.Eight front lower arms, rear trailing / toe control / lateral link, and 8 rear axle parts are set.It can also be purchased separately.Rubber hardness 14-109% (compared to mass production).

■ Suspension bush set (upper)
