The SKYACTIV-G engine achieves both high performance and fuel economy through high compression combustion. Our sports ignition coil was developed to fully utilize this engine's potential.
While the structure itself is similar to that of mass-produced products, the magnetic energy inside the coil is amplified by increasing the efficiency of current flow from the battery to the primary coil. This improves the secondary voltage from the coil and ensures a uniform, powerful spark is discharged stably from the spark plug. By ensuring the air-fuel mixture in the engine combustion chamber is burned, the accelerator response is sharpened and the output characteristics are stabilized.
This product is compatible with a wide range of vehicles equipped with Skyactiv-equipped inline 4-cylinder gasoline engines, including the Roadster (ND), Mazda3 (BP), and CX series. It is also ideal for replacing the original ignition coil when it has deteriorated.
■Bolt-on design with the same shape as mass-produced parts.
The product consists of a set of four coils with the same shape as the genuine ignition coils. Bolt-on installation is possible.
