Although it is made of FC cast iron, which is the same as mass-produced products, it controls the content of carbon and silicon.The metal connective tissue is stabilized by applying heat treatment in the manufacturing process in advance.It suppresses distortion due to heat generated during braking and enhances crack resistance.
In addition, it is equipped with a slit that releases the fade gas generated by the frictional heat between the pad and the rotor and scrapes the surface of the carbonized brake pad to improve fade resistance.The coefficient of friction and the amount of pad wear change depending on the direction of rotation and the number of pads, and the forward rotation is more moderate than the reverse rotation. The smaller the number, the more moderate the performance.Our product is a "forward rotation 6-slit" specification that balances the effectiveness and the life of the pad.
