First of all, we have abolished all the mechanisms to alleviate the shift shock of mass production in order to obtain a direct feeling.I'm wondering how to convey that change, but it feels like it's directly connected to the "shift knob"-> "shift fork in the MT"-> "sleeve".It feels like the feeling of moderation has increased by XNUMX%. And I changed the lever ratio to get a quick operation feeling.The lever ratio can be easily calculated by a desk calculation like the principle of leverage, but the point is the salt plum.If the stroke is too short, the shift operation will be heavy and it will be difficult to handle.
Therefore, there is no choice but to make multiple prototype shifters with different lever ratios and actually try them out.In our style, tuning in the sensibility area, not engineering.As a result of repeating the test drive and shift operation, and a little more, the short stroke of 24% is the best!I came to the conclusion.
