The higher the spring constant, the more it feels, and the lower the spring constant, the more it misses the target instead of absorbing the gap.
In other words, it is a tuning that reduces the amount of decrease in the spring constant from the circuit specifications as much as possible.

The decided specifications are as shown in the figure.The roll angle (roll amount) obtained by simple calculation was compared for mass-produced vehicles, low-down springs, and street sports suspensions so that it is easy to imagine the difference due to the spring constant.
The lateral acceleration in the table is "lateral G".If you run comfortably in winding, it will be about 0.5G.Driving on the circuit is about 1.0 to 1.3G (when using sporty radial tires).
As a result of the calculation, the roll amount (at 0.5G) is 2.04 ° for mass production, while the new suspension kit is 0.82 °.In other words, it can be read that the roll amount is reduced by 50% or more.This small amount of roll is one of the factors that gives a solid driving feeling.

The new suspension kit does not have the character of a gentle roll feeling like the street sports suspension that we aimed for the best, but it is also comfortable.
Instead, it is quick and agile because it is a high roll rigidity specification that challenged the street limit area.I think that it is an attractive product for drivers who like the characteristics of instantly responding to steering.We are currently preparing for mass production.Please look forward to it.
