This isn't really a field trip guide, but we have put together a list of things to be aware of on the day and up until then, so please do take a look.

■Entry and Exit
Please check the traffic flow diagram.
Please pay the Hakone Turnpike toll at the Odawara toll gate before visiting.
The venue will open at 10:00, but depending on the congestion situation on the day, the gates may open earlier. Thank you for your understanding.

■How to apply
After arriving at the venue, please go to the AutoExe Store booth reception in the AutoExe tent."Members-only product page"Please show us your screen. This will complete your registration and we will give you a small gift, an acrylic keychain and mineral water, which are only available at the venue.
Please note that you are not required to register at the reception, so please feel free to drop by at any time depending on the time and situation. If you are not a member, please register in advance.Click HereRegistering will make things go smoothly on the day.

■ Inside the venue
Photos taken at the venue on the day may be used later on our website, social media, etc.
For those who want to avoid having their license plate photographed, this is a convenient option for offline meetings and events."License plate mask"We also recommend using the following.

■In-venue content
