I felt like the power was less than before when I pushed the car hard on the straight at Honjo Circuit, so I had the compression measured.
It was below the specified value.
Although it doesn't cause any problems for city driving, I decided to replace it with the future in mind.
I waited about two months for the item to be delivered from the dealer after ordering it. Installation took a little less than a month.
I might be biased, but I could feel the smoothness of the rotation right from the start.
From there, you slowly break it in, gradually increasing the RPMs until you finally go full throttle. It's a completely different machine.
I'm satisfied with both the power and the feel. I also had the fuel system and clutch replaced at the same time.
Incidentally, the price increased significantly six months later, so I'm glad I took the plunge early.
