Impression

The Mazda3 has a relatively low ride height and a firm suspension even in its stock configuration.
So I was satisfied with the ride quality, but...
I installed a strut bar and lowering springs to slightly improve the car's appearance and driving performance.

While body roll has decreased and corner entry has become more comfortable, the ride quality has naturally become considerably harsher.
(Personally, I'm much okay with this rather than it being fluffy.)

I hadn't yet increased the rigidity of the underbody, so I installed AutoExe's lower arm bar, and I was surprised by the change in ride quality—it was so much better that I wondered if the lower end was just bouncing around because only the top of the strut was stiffened up before!
The struts feel more rigid both vertically and vertically, giving the impression that the individual legs can move more easily.

The rough road surface that used to make me feel a jarring thud has now changed to a gentle rattle or clunk, and the impact feels much less.
What's surprising is that even though the impact is reduced, the ride quality has improved to the point where you can feel even slight bumps more than before.

I thought, "It's just an oval bar, maybe a slight change would be nice," but the results were surprisingly dramatic.
It's best to implement it on both the top and bottom, as recommended 👍
