It's been four years since I bought my new car, and I've started to notice the shine and small scratches on the shift knob, so I splurged and bought an AutoExe shift knob.
In terms of feel, it fits comfortably in your hand and even though it's an automatic transmission, it's a great product that you'll find yourself touching unnecessarily. I replaced it myself, and it wasn't particularly difficult, but it was easy. The red stitching on the braided steering wheel cover also looks nice. One thing that bothers me is the wrinkles, which is understandable since it's handcrafted by artisans (for the price...). But I'm happy with my purchase.
