The build is pretty solid and the interior is smooth, so the intake flow will definitely be improved.
I wrote "probably" because, to be honest, at my level, I wasn't able to feel the effects immediately after riding it.
Also, since it does not bend like the original, you cannot replace the air cleaner without removing it entirely.
