A while after I got the car, I ordered it from the dealer and had it installed. Since I wouldn't be able to feel the effect of each part if I installed them all at once, I installed them in order, starting with the intake system and then the muffler.
Since I got the 30, I've been trying to drive it at about 1500 rpm with gentle throttle operation, and I've been trying to drive it in a fuel-efficient manner. When I first installed the turbo pipe, I felt that the engine revved up from idle to 2000 rpm a little faster.
Next, I replaced the air filter. I remembered the difficulty in breathing when wearing a mask during the coronavirus pandemic and the flu season, and as a result, the engine revved up better, just as I had imagined.
After installing the intake suction kit, I could clearly feel the improvement in torque, throttle response, and acceleration when comparing the standard factory settings with those after installing these parts.
The acceleration in 3rd gear from XNUMX to XNUMX rpm is very satisfying as it increases powerfully as the rotation increases. In my case, I felt that the degree of change due to the installation was the greatest up to this point, so I think that those who can install the set should do so.
After that, I also replaced the muffler, and I could feel the effect of +Alpha on acceleration as well.
However, replacing the muffler increased the amount of low-pitched exhaust noise inside the car, which meant that I, who mainly enjoy Bose sound, experienced an increase in unnecessary noise that I had not experienced before. As a countermeasure, I added some sound-absorbing material to the area near the bumper on the luggage floor where the exhaust noise enters, and the low-pitched noise was reduced to the point where it was almost inaudible, which was a relief.
So, if you are concerned about the same thing, I think you should consider choosing a muffler cutter.
