I installed it because I wanted to improve performance when driving on winding roads.
There is a slight increase in the roughness when driving at low speeds, but I am personally very happy with the result as the handling on winding roads and the rigidity of the front end have improved dramatically.
The brake pedal brace also eliminates distortion of the pedal when you first press it, improving the feel when you press it.
