From the moment I took delivery of the MX-30, I was troubled by the weight of the bonnet, but thanks to the bonnet damper, maintenance and cleaning have become much easier, which is a great help.
However, the damper on the left side can get in the way a bit when replacing the battery, but that's not an issue very often so I'm okay with it.
I think you can install it yourself if you have the tools, but you should be careful about the torque of the screws.
In particular, when screwing in places with M6 washer bolts, applying too much force may strip the threads.
