It's been about 3 years since I bought the car when it was new, and I started to notice the difficulty in controlling the shaking when passing over large bumps, so I decided to refresh the damper and install a sports damper.
The springs are original and the vehicle height is normal.
My impression after installing it was that the suspension movement had improved, and the ride felt more flat.

All the minor bumps have been cleared by the undercarriage, the body is less shaken, and the bumps that used to be passed with a thud can now be cleared with a thud.
Personally, I don't like a fluffy ride, so it felt good.

Even when cornering, the car originally had less body roll compared to SUVs, etc., but the feeling of sticking to the road has increased, the head enters smoothly, and the car can turn comfortably.
Overall, as the name suggests, the ride is sporty, and the ride comfort has improved, so I'm very satisfied.
