I installed it when the car was delivered, so I don't know the difference from not having it installed, but the suspension feels supple and doesn't flap around.
I also have EXE's tower bar and rear floor crossbar, so I think it would be effective to strengthen them and add a motion control beam.
I am very satisfied.
