When I actually went for a run after wearing it, the solid feel was completely different.

Even in situations where you feel restless when entering a curve, the nose will point exactly as you want as you turn the steering wheel.
Even if you cut too much or not enough, you can just adjust the steering wheel and it will turn as you want.

It's not something you can easily install, but if you have a little extra money and aren't trying to save weight, I think it's a worthwhile part.
