I purchased and installed it because I wanted to add an accent to the interior of my car and because the shift knob operation seemed novel and interesting.
The first thing I thought when I installed it was that it looked really cool!

I fell in love with it from the product photos, but when I actually installed it, the red stitching was a great accent and I'm glad I bought it.

The shift knob feels fun to push in and change gears, and with the leather upholstery, I end up touching the shift knob pointlessly.
It was not difficult to install, so I think it is a highly satisfying part.
