I was worried about the diesel turbo lag of the CX-3 (DK8AW), especially when re-accelerating after passing the highway tollhouse.
The turbo pipe, intake suction kit, and air filter replacement are installed to make it smoother.
This summer, when I switched to the CX-30 (DM8P AW), I had the dealer replace it as it was when the car was delivered.
At the time of the test drive, I felt that the CX-30 was smoother than the CX-3, but when I slowly stepped on it up to 1000 rpm, I felt a faster acceleration due to the replacement.
The bonnet damper can be opened and closed lightly, so just like everyone who installed it, you just open it and look at the engine.
