The balance between running and styling is modest with a down amount of 20mm, but it is enough because it emphasizes running.
It's important to run, but right after I put it on, I felt like it was "hard", but when I got on it after my wife used it for commuting for a week, it felt like it was quite mild.

Since the tires are also replaced, it is difficult to evaluate only the spring replacement, but I think that the roll amount and roll speed are just right for running sporty on the street.
I am satisfied.
