To give you the results upfront, it wasn't a placebo effect; it was a genuine part that I could actually feel the difference in.

My RX-8 has already exceeded 170,000 km on the odometer, and while I want to continue driving it carefully, the ride is rather stiff because I've lowered it with adjustable suspension.

Since the member brace set, floor brace, and stabilizer have also been replaced with AutoExe parts, I think the increased rigidity makes the car feel stiffer than other vehicles.

I personally like it because it feels like "The Sports Car," but I wondered if it might make people who aren't interested in cars cars carsick, so after much thought, I decided to install a motion control beam.

The bouncing when going over small bumps like expansion joints on highways has become noticeably smoother.
This has such a significant effect that even my friends who don't know anything about it ask, "Hey, did you switch the suspension back to the original?"

Of course, there may be individual differences depending on the tuning and driving style, but I feel it's worth more than the price.

Furthermore, the fact that it's installed in a place you wouldn't notice unless you looked closely gives it a "hidden gem" feel, satisfying the desire to customize it.

As of 2026, this vehicle is 16 years old, so I think recent Mazda cars have even better suspension systems, but this is a part I would definitely recommend.
