AutoExe has long been known as “Sophisticated Street Best Tune”. However, a hard tune version appeared that has finally overcome that restriction. IT IS ND-06S. It is a model for hard-liners who request especially the highest performance among ND users.
The index of development is realization of solid feeling such as agility, acceleration and deceleration, and little play. To take full advantage of the lightweight front midship rear drive layout, AutoExe has scraped off comfortability to the limits we can tolerate and converted that margin to performance.
Specifically, we have thoroughly solidified entire body which is the trunk of the car to ensure stiffness. In addition, the suspension has a low center of gravity to ｍake the most of the gripping power of the tire when the load is shifted. The roll rigidity was increased by more than 200% to provide a quick response to steering. And, the proper rotor temperature was raised to 800° C so that the brake is capable of performing a service under a high load condition.
The air intake and exhaust system in which the air is taken in proactively and is discharged efficiently, the operation system including the sheet, and the dedicated styling kit that expresses wide and solid feelings — those pursue complete tuning.

ND Roadster is the fourth generation that has returned to what Roadster was originally about, and inherits the fascination of Light Weight Sports. Since its launching, ND-05S has provided users the opportunity to enjoy a variety of driving experiences according to their own individual preferences. Pull the potential of the engine completely out and convert it into traction on the road surface. A sports clutch set and a flywheel to support brisk gear change. While increasing the feeling of being directly connected with the car, Limited Slip Diff, for example, the driver positively enjoys the change of the attitude of the car in turning a corner, and the transient characteristic, where abrupt movements are eliminated as much as possible, are built in.
■Sports Oil Filter
The “Sports Oil Filter” has highly efficient filtration fibers that ensure a maximum oil flow while still removing fine grain sludge as small as 10 microns in size through being equipped with a strong self-contained magnet which catches any abrasive metal powder, having being developed with the focusing on integral filtration functions that will protect your engine. A back-up net inside the filter prevents the filtering materials from being deformed due to any high pressure from sudden losses in pressure, thus achieving an effectively balance between all the functions required in an oil filter.
■Sports Clutch Set
Optimum mass production models for street driving. Non-asbestos materials that exhibit a high μ in a wide temperature range are used as the facing materials. In combination with ductile cast iron pressure plate with an approximately 30 % mass ratio pressure-bonding force increase, it allows reliable torque transmission. Manipulation may require slight breaking actions, but the meeting point of the clutch is easer to capture than for the mass produced cars.
This flywheel is specially designed for each engine to reduce the moment of inertia by about 37 %. This was realized by moderately reducing the weight of the mass-produced flywheel which is prioritized for stability at the time of idling and for operability at the time of the meeting point of the clutch. The effect on operability is minimal, but allows improvements in engine response. The decrease in the durability by weight reduction is prevented by using chrome molybdenum steel material which has excellent thermal stability processed with cutting technology.
■Sports Clutch Line
The stainless steel mesh PTFE (Teflon) clutch line creates extremely small expansion generated by oil pressure, and very littledegradation due to lapse of time compared to rubber clutch line which is used in mass-produced vehicles. The feeling of the clutch is more direct and lasts for a long time. In addition, a PVC coating is applied to protect the hose.
The product pursues a direct feeling by eliminating the plate springs and urethane bushings that mitigate shift shock that are installed in mass-produced products. In addition, the lever ratio has been changed to achieve a 24% shorter stroke. In combination with the AutoExe shift knob, the shift stroke can be adjusted to suit the driver’s preference.
■Limited Slip Diff.
A mechanical (multi-plate clutch) non-slip differential which distributes and transmits effectively to the left and right drive wheels on slippery surfaces or when cornering, is treated with the AutoExe original setting that cares for convenience and comfort based on proven CUSCO.
Operated with a 1.5 way differential. By setting the cam angle at 35°on the driver side, the drive torque bias ratio can be set to 4.0 to 6.0. Initial torque is set up at 40.8 N-m, which minimizes the chattering. Feeling the grip directly, and reliable traction are appealing compared to the mass production models.
